REALTORS, if you search this site for properties for your home buying clients, please be aware that the following question was posed to each person who posted a property "FOR SALE"...

It is acceptable to me for a real estate agent to bring me a buyer (with a commission to the agent written into the contract) so long as the contract provides an amount I am willing to accept paid to me.  __yes __no

If the person answered "yes," the information display for the property carries the message "Contracts from Realtors welcome." If this langauge is not on the listing, they are not interested in dealing with a real estate agent. 

As an experienced REALTOR, you will have developed your own technique for approaching owners who are selling their own properties. You are welcome to mine this site, but do so in an honorable manner.
