Instead of spending a frustrating weekend driving all over town, they just sit, click and make a list of the properties they want to see. Some of these prospects will then ask a realtor to view the house with them, but some will just do everything themselves.

The Internet now represents the first step in real estate process. Buyers are looking online to find their dream home. If you're not online, you're not going to be on their list of prospective houses to visit.
