Buying a house without a realtor has become increasingly simple. Your first step is to sit down and create a list of the type of house you are looking for in your search. It is important that you don't use a pre-existing list. Instead, make a list that is particular to your needs and desires. If you want a house with something particular, such as a hot tub, a pre-existing checklist out of a book or Internet site isn't going to help you.

Once you have your list, just click on the links on this page to view homes for sale. You can view them in you specific location and throughout the country. With our site, you'll see up to 15 photographs of each house if the seller has followed our guidelines. This allows you to see much more of the house than you will with other sites or traditional listing services.

Once you have a list of houses, map them and determine the best way to see them all in one or two drives. This will save you a significant amount of driving time and cut down on the frustration that can come with driving all over town on your day off from work.  Once you've a prospective house, it will be time to make an offer.
