Try Tempting Lenders

Banks want as much business as they can get and they are willing to pay for it. If you have a significant chunk of change set aside or own your own business, consider negotiating with a bank on your mortgage. In exchange for moving all of your banking needs to the one lender, it should be willing to discount your mortgage by a point or so. Remember, a mortgage is a negotiable financial instrument, so get out there and negotiate!
