    I appreciate your support and interest.  You have certainly helped me with advertising our home for sale.  We have gotten four telephone calls from people that we think are definitely considering the possibility of buying.  Of course in this market, the pricing is the obstacle.  I would never have thought to advertise in our local newspaper without your suggestion.  I also include the web address of our listing in the advertisements in the paper.
 
The ad has been running beginning now for the third week.  That was when the phone calls started.
 
The brochures which you also suggested  which I have made from the website, have come in handy for sure!

I am pretty sure the cottage has sold.  The people accepted the purchase agreement, and I've asked the title agency to proceed with the next steps.
 
Thank you for all your help during the past few years.  Listing it on your site helped all the people who were interested in it, either for purchase or rental, know what it was like.  It was a good vehicle for that purpose.
 
Will you please cancel my monthly advertisement of it?  I assume I will be paid through April, but I will not have to pay after that.
 
I would appreciate confirmation of this e-mail.  You have been extra wonderful to work with, and I believe you are very ethical and good people.

The folks I have my cottage listed with on "For Sale By Owner" sent me this explanation. Maybe it will help you with ideas for your mom's house. They both have lots of real estate expericence. Realtors for a long time before setting up their FSBO website---a husband/wife team.

site at FSBOAmerica.org to look at the pictures and description. She called back
and scheduled an appointment the next day. Two days later we agreed on a
