A new era is upon us when it comes to factors to consider when buying a home. While all the old factors remain, the idea of location, location, location has a new element. That element is the cost of transportation. Specifically, the urban sprawl environment is being rethought on many levels. Why? The cost of the gas is going to continue to go up.
