When you decide to buy a home, the excitement is palpable. You start browsing the net and it just grows. A smarter approach is to first start getting your finances in order. It can take six months or so, so be patient. Save up money for the down payment. Check your credit report. Educate yourself on financing.  Get everything together and have a plan for your financing. This will lead to fewer problems and get you into that home you desire.
