Sell My House On The Internet

Should I sell my house on the internet? This is a common question with an equally common answer – YOU MUST!

Sell My House On The Internet

For those looking to sell a house themselves, many ask themselves whether or not they should sell their house on the internet. Well, the simple answer is, if you don’t list it on the internet then you are only hurting yourself. Just like magazines and newspapers, the internet provides a great source for homeowners to draw attention to the houses that they have for sale. In fact, the internet is now the dominate media where homebuyers look for homes with over 70 percent reporting as much.

Get Free 1 Month Listing

What is more is that the internet is an incredibly easy place to list a home. Really, there is no excuse not to list your house on the internet due to the simple fact that it is an incredibly easy process. On our sites, you simply open an account, provide a written description and upload digital photographs of your home. We allow up to 15 photographs per listing and you should upload a full amount. Remember, the more images a homebuyer can see, the quicker your home will sell.

There are a number of sites you can use to list your home for sale on the Internet. Frankly, most of them are pretty expensive with fees of up to $750 to list with them. We have never been able to ascertain why they charge so much, but we do not follow their lead. With out site, you can list you home for sale for free during the first month. If 30 days pass, we then charge you $25 for each subsequent month you are listed. A good percentage of home sell in the first month, so there is a good chance you will pay us nothing. Obviously, the specific results depend on the nature of the real estate market in your area.

Should I sell my house on the Internet? There really is no other way these days.
