Quit Smoking!

If you are trying to sell your home, you must quit smoking! I am not preaching to you on health grounds though you should keep them in mind. Instead, the smell of cigarettes will turn off a vast majority of potential buyers for your home. If you smoke, you probably don’t smell it. Trust me, the smell is both there and strong. Make sure to have your carpet cleaned and then ask a non-smoking friend to come over and give the home the sniff test. If it doesn’t do the trick, you probably need to remove the carpets.
