Qualifying for VA Loan

Unlike many government programs, the VA mortgage does not have a hard and fast formula for approval or rejection of applications. There are, however, three criteria that are considered. They are 1) a history of good credit, 2) enough income to support ones family and make the mortgage payments, and 3) is an eligible veteran with entitlement.
