If you really want or need to sell, I'd reduce the price to something much nearer the appraised price.  I'd keep it a little above but not a huge amount above.  That way, you'll still have a little bit of negotiating room, and in this market, most buyers are offering less than the asking price.  As a realtor acquaintance said to me today, "There are about 400 houses for sale in Fredericksburg (our town) and only about 50 buyers.  My clients are wondering why they can't get their price, and they're sure it's my fault.  They just don't understand."
