Listen to radio commercials and you would swear mortgage rates are at all time highs or lows. All on the same day! Let’s just say that the ads are not entirely accurate when it comes to rates. As of today, rates are still low on a historical measure. On the other hand, they are also at one year highs. If you want to know where things stand at any one point in time, take a look at the Wall Street Journal. The “Wall” doesn’t sell mortgages, so you get an accurate picture.
