Mortgage Loan Notary
This may sound like the most basic of things, but it can be incredibly annoying and lead to a mad rush at the last second. Once you are approved for a mortgage, you will be issues loan documents. You have to sign these in three or four hundred places. Each signature must be notarized, which means you have to find a notary. Many law offices have them. Mail Box Etc type stores tend to as well. Make sure to call around.
