Listen to Callers

When you start advertising your home for sale by owner, you will start to receive calls from potential buyers. Most FSBO sellers make the error of not really listening to those buyers. This is a fatal mistake. The things the buyers say can provide you with a lot of information. If they are confused about something, you should check your advertisement to make sure it makes sense. If they repeatedly ask for some type of information not in your advertisement, you should add it. Listen!
