Let The World Know

If you're selling your home, remember that your job is to get the fact of its availability out to as many people as possible.  Use multiple methods as different people notice different things.  A lot of people go straight to the Internet.  Some read the classifieds.  Some cruise neighborhoods they like.  Others scan bulletin boards and newsletters.  Have your property visible in all those places and as many more as you can think of and afford.  Use photos whenever possible.  Buyers love them.
