Kids and Selling

A majority of homeowners have kids. When it comes time to sell your home, things can get a bit stressful. Kids tend to be focused on being kids and rightly so. Selling a home, however, requires a certain amount of staging. The home should ultimately look like something it never really would. Everything needs to be clean and organized, something that rarely happens with kids around. One way to get around this is to try to show the home during a period of the day when the kids are not home, such as when they are at school. Otherwise, they will just have to understand that things are going to be different until the home sells.
