Keep Brochure Boxes Full

You've got a brochure box at the curb, and about ten brochures are being taken from it each week.  You feel like you're in the business of giving away brochures instead of selling your house.  You're feeling irritated and cross.  Those things cost money and time to produce.  Even the simple ones printed off a web site like ours use up paper and toner.  Maybe you should limit the number you put into the box?  NO!  Keep your objective in mind.  You want to sell your property.  To do that, you must bring it to the attention of a lot of people (the more, the merrier) until the right person sees it.  Those brochures are little "ambassadors" for your property sale.  You want as many as possible marching off the premises.  Keep the box supplied with brochures, and smile each time another one is taken.
