Home Selling Deadline

You really need to sell your home within two months.  How do you avoid giving it away?  Know what comparable homes in your neighborhood have sold for recently.  Price it in the middle of the range.  Have it looking great.  Use multiple media (Internet, signs, newspaper, newsletters, etc.) to expose its availability.  If you don't get three showings per week, drop the price each week or two in significant increments for your price range ($5,0000/$10,000/$20,000) until you do.
