Home Buyers and Potential Changes

If you're selling and a potential buyer asks questions such as, "Do you think it likely that the architectural review board would approve enlarging the kitchen wing?" or, "Is there enough space in the attic to put in new HVAC equipment for zoned heating and cooling?" -- Don't be offended.  Recognize it as real interest.  They may decide it's just too much trouble or too expensive to convert your house into their dream home, but they are considering it.  Make your responses cheerfully matter of fact and truthful, and see if it leads somewhere.  However, don't slack up on your marketing efforts.
