It is amazing when you really think about how much computers are taking over our life. How many things now run on computer chips in one form or another? It seems like everything. Well, computerized appraisals are on their way as well. In fact, they have already started. Lenders use them to eyeball the value of your home per comparables in the neighborhood you live in. Said  appraisals are not yet common procedure for onereason. The database of homes is miniscule compared to what it should be. Still, but 2009 or 2010, this should be standard fair and make the mortgage application process much easier.
