First Time Buyer Approach

First time buyers do well to line up financing first, then shop for a home.  You will know when a home looks good to you.  Now evaluate living there.  Picture doing all your typical activities there (cooking, hobbies, TV, computer, etc.) and from there (work, school, shopping, working-out).  Is the home itself convenient for the things you like to do at home?  Does the location make it easy to get to the places you go regularly?
