Find Your Pool of Buyers
When marketing your home for sale, think about who lives in your neighborhood and how to reach others like them. For example, I have a friend who's house is for sale in King George, Virginia. Some of the neighbors work at the Patuxent Naval Air Station and at the naval base at Dahlgren. There are two weekly newspapers that are circulated on those bases and four others not far distant. My friend is getting an ad in each of the two papers that includes text and a small photo. Each ad is one column by three inches and will include a web address where more photos can be seen. The cost is a total of $55 per week. This should prove to be an excellent part of his marketing plan. What could you do that is similar?
