There are many things you can control as a FSBO seller. Unfortunately, location is not one of them. When you first bought you home, you should have been location conscious. That being said, the sales trends for even the best location will go up and down over time. If you are trying to sell during a down time in your area, you need to recognize as much. If no homes are being moved, don’t get frustrated. You should either pull your home or be patient.
