FSBO Flexibility 

FSBO sellers need to be flexible and remain optimistic.  Remember what’s important to you.  Presumably, it’s your bottom line.  If a buyer wants an item of personal property to convey and is willing to pay you a decent price, consider letting them have their way.  If the buyer wants you to pay some of his closing costs, what does it matter so long as you get an acceptable amount of money from the deal?  Keep focused on the big picture, and don’t let preconceived notions rob you of a deal.
