FSBO Contract Issues 

At this point in time, you can rest assured that contract issues are fairly rare in FSBO sales. Why? Well, most everything is now a pre-printed form. You can find a source for the forms on the left hand column of this page. Regardless, there is one thing you must understand. In the wonderful world of law, any binding agreement has to be in writing. If the other party verbally promises you something, it doesn’t have any legal meaning. If it is important to you, get it in writing!
