As you, I and all buyers know, this is a slow real estate market. As a seller, this means you must expect low ball offers on your home. Don’t take offense. If you were a prospective buyer, you would be doing the exact same thing. The market sets the tactics for buyers and sellers. Since this one is cold, low ball offers are going to be the norm. You should always know your bottom line on a sales price and then respond accordingly.
