Do Not Discount Neighbors

You're selling your home.  You're using multiple means of making it known that your home is for sale.  This includes a brochure box at the curb with brochures containing attractive photos.  You notice a number of neighbors picking up brochures and feel annoyed.  They're just nosy, you think, and the brochures cost good money to produce.  Change your mind at once!  Smile!  Your "ambassadors" might just end up in the hands of your neighbors' co-workers, relatives, and friends.  One of them might buy your home.  Yes, your neighbors may be curious, but that doesn't hurt a thing, and they could end up being really helpful.
