Dealing with Woodwork
 
Hal and I are selling our personal residence.  This is where we find out if we really believe all the advice we've given hundreds of sellers over the years.
 
Today I've begun washing the woodwork in our house.  I'm using hot, soapy water and being careful not to drip on the walls or floors.  You know the drill.  I'm washing doors, door frames, chair rail, and baseboards.  It's a royal pain, but it's a good idea if you want to sell your house.  Banish those finger prints and dusty corners  Buyers like "clean!"
