Dealing With Timetables 

If you've begun to shop for a home, but don't plan to make a move for several months, and suddenly find "the house of your dreams," what should you do?  First, don't assume your timetable is impossible.  Make a contract offer with the time schedule you prefer.  It might actually be accepted.  If not, maybe a compromise can be worked out.
