Creating A Sense of More Space

One of the keys to making your home sell is to space it properly. Specifically, the interior of the home should convey an impression of lots of free space, which makes the home feel bigger than it really is to a potential buyer. To ascertain if your spacing is correct, walk around each room and ask yourself why each thing in it is there. If there is no good answer, remove it. Even better, start off by taking everything out of the room and then slowly add things back in. Try to be a minimalist. Just the basics should be in the room. This will give your home a sense of space, but, you will need to rent a storage space or big trash bin!
