Closing Cost Low Balling

When evaluating your mortgage options, you will see various loans promoted in different ways. One trick lenders use is to offer a low cost closing. Since the lender cannot be held to the fees detailed for closing in their good faith estimate, many will intentionally quote lower numbers than really will occur. Beware this situation and watch out for the cost issues.
