Clean Homes Sell 

You want to put your home on the market and want to be sure it will "show well."  What do you do?  Clean, clean clean!  No home ever failed to sell because it was too clean.  Pare down and organize what's in closets, garage, kitchen, and laundry.  Wash woodwork and/or touch up paint.  Also, be sure that door handles and hinges work smoothly, and that all switches turn things on and off as designed.  You want to look like a model home, so anything that contributes to the clean, spacious, light and airy look achieved by models is good.
