Check the Math

Applying for a mortgage is an exercise in red tape. Once you are finally approved, you mental state may be such that you are willing to sign just about anything. Don’t! Never sign anything you haven’t read. This is particularly true of mortgage documents. The numbers in the documents are often wrong! Read them closely and know what you are getting into!
