Check the Sprinkler System

If you are looking at potential homes, there are a number of things you need to check out before deciding to make an offer. One of the annoying things that are often overlooked has to do with the sprinkler systems. If there is a sizeable yard, there should be an accompanying sprinkler system. The question to consider is the whether the system covers the entire yard. Systems rarely do. If the one you are looking at does not, you need to objectively determine whether you are willing to pay to have it expanded or have the time to stay on top of the watering. Good landscaping can really add to a home, but not when it is dying!
