When viewing a home for sale, buyers have much to consider. The kitchen is certainly an area that should get a lot of attention. Consider the following issues to determine the quality of what you are looking at. Is there instant hot water from the taps? Is there a trash compactor? Is the stove gas or electric? Do all the appliances work? How loud are the appliances? Are the appliances Energy Star rated? What comes with the house and what does not with a particular focus on the appliances?
