Buyers vs Sellers 

Wise buyers and sellers will realize that they are not each other’s enemy.  They are potentially two complimentary sides of a deal which pleases them both.  Assume a win/win deal can be worked out, and look for ways to achieve it.  Encourage your counterpart to do the same.  Together, you can probably come up with something that looks good from both sides.
