Buyers and Sellers Must Focus

Buying and selling real estate is real work.  Expect to pay attention, think, listen, negotiate, etc.  The thing is that you should not expect to handle it at a dead trot in the middle of doing other things.  Slow down.  Think.  Focus.  Be aware of what really matters to you.  Don't be so anxious to win on each little point that you lose the deal.  It happens daily, and it isn't necessary.  Being a polite, calm, big picture person makes a huge difference, and when it comes to real estate, huge can mean hundreds of thousands of dollars.  That's worth working for, isn't it?
