Buy with Title Insurance

If you're buying a home, should you get title insurance?  Yes.  There aren't many absolutes in life, but I would always get title insurance.  The people who check the chain of title when property is bought and sold are typically very good at what they do, but no one is infallible.  Real estate is a big asset and often accounts for a large portion of a person's net worth.  Don't ever put the ownership of your equity in jeopardy.  Buy title insurance.  You can be sure your lender will require it for an amount that will cover the loan.  Be sure you're covered, too.
