Advertising Your Open House

A time tested method for getting news out on your home is to have an open house. Of course, advertising your open house is the only way to get people to come. There are a couple of ways to do this. The first is to use our open house section. The second is to post signs all over your neighborhood. The third is to run a small add in the local newspaper. Once you place the advertising, it is then important to do secondary advertising. This should be done by creating brochures and giving them to people that come to visit the home. The second is to keep a journal of people who come to see the home.
